As a human resources/organizational effectiveness consultant and executive coach, served C-Suite leaders by contributing to the long-term success, growth, and talent retention of the organization. By designing and implementing programs, interventions, and services that facilitate the alignment and integration of leaders/frontline staff, processes, data analytics, vision, strategy, leadership, business goals, and culture throughout the Baptist Health system I have been able to increase engagement.
